• Building and executing Zappa’s Group business strategy and yearly work plans. Developing growth engines for Group divisions: clubs and amphitheaters, ticketing company and Zappa’s production arm.• Managing the Group’s digital platforms: e-com website with a million visitors/month, e-mail marketing system, apps, and all social media platforms. Leading a team of 4 marketing managers focusing on ATL, BTL, online and offline campaigns as well as sales layout for the entire Group shows (2k shows/year)• Overseeing Zappa’s private and business membership clubs.• Established “Zappa TV”, a new e-commerce video platform – integrating streaming subscriptions for LIVE or ON DEMAND performances.• Leading the Group’s brand empowerment and brands portfolio development – including the rebranding processes of Zappa brand, through brands festivals for various audiences such as – “Piano Festival”, “Boom Box”, “Ladies First”, “Love Nights” and "Goldstar Sound System”. • Increased company’s revenues through recruitment and development of new profitable platforms. Leading the B2B cooperation and partnerships with commercial and institutional partners – campaign sales, sponsorships, brand content partnerships, marketing budget management and P&L- all leading to a consistent 15% annual revenue growth of the Group. Working closely with customers from diverse industries such as finances, consumer products, automotive, retail and real estate, tourism, local authorities and government ministries.• Events and B2B client management – In charge of "Zappa Events" sales layout and operation for business events.
