With over 4 years of experience in the ed-tech sector, I am passionate about creating effective, personalized, and scalable solutions for the employability gap and the 2 sigma problem in education. I have a proven track record of developing and leading strategic roadmaps, user research, problem solving, and team management for various learning programs and platforms.Most recently, I was the Team Lead - Strategy, Systems & Operations for Learning at Upraised, an ed-tech start-up that helps aspiring product managers land their dream jobs. There, I led the core learning function with a team of six people, and achieved a 12x increase in monthly revenue rate, a 20% reduction in refunds, a 2x price increase, and a 96% content rating. I also mentored over 50 product managers and received the joint-highest mentor rating of 4.9/5. Before that, I was the Co-Founder of Shadow, a career simulator platform that aimed to provide students with a realistic and immersive experience of different career options. I developed a career library with 272 options, mentored 500+ students, and created two prototypes using no-code tools.
