*Overseeing daily operation site's / Site manager and Staff member all reporting to me.*Ensure quality audits are conducted as per contractual agreement*Ensure training and Induction is conducted for all staff *Attended to disciplinary and grievances issued as per company procedures*Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhering too at all time *Ensure all accident / incident are reported as per company policies and procedures *Ensure wages are within weekly budget*Ensure sites are within weekly budget *Ensure sites are adequately staffed with budget*Handle all administration commensurate e.g starter forms, disciplinary hearing, grievances, salary queries, client reports , quality report.*Maintaining good working relationship with client*Identify problem area and introduce corrective action *Ensure Health Safety training conducted for all staff
