During my training, I translated various EU project applications and some USA regulations which were aimed to be applied in Samsun. Besides, I accompanied Mr. Luis Madureira Pires, an expert from the committee of Turkish progression report on the way to EU membership, as guide and interpreter during his official visit in Samsun to audit the projects which were supported by EU funds.

This was my first official training and it was a lucky start with Mr. Okan Gumus, Deputy General Secratary of Samsun Chamber of Commerce, Austrian Counsel in Samsun, Director of EU Information Office in Samsun, from whom I got life long lessons at the beginning of my career.
