Working as an occupational therapist with 4 years of management experience in permanent supportive housing non-profits, I’ve grown comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful, sustainable solutions that empower individuals and foster environments where everyone can thrive. Across my multitude of roles, I've approached each challenge through the principles of occupational justice, focused on bridging deficits and increasing opportunities, to enhance the well-being of diverse populations from on-the-ground work with individuals. I've led teams in developing and analyzing programs that enhance health, independence, and community engagement for people facing complex challenges in two major metropolitans of California.
