- I have been responsible for teaching Engineering Drawings (technical drawing, freehand sketching, and Solidworks) and Applied Engineering (mathematics and science in engineering) modules.- Creating course sources from scratch (exam papers, lesson plans, feedback, worksheets, exercises, activities)- Motivating and encouraging students

My responsibility was to bring new understanding and better calculation tools in transformer thermal design including;- Designing and modeling new external cooling systems in Inventor and Catia- Verifying the models with ANSYS Fluent- Performing engineering calculations in MathCAD- Simulations of hot-spot phenomenon considering the effects of oil flow within the complex disc windings with CFD analysis in ANSYS Fluent- Working with the electrodynamics simulation team to refine cooling calculations due to Eddy Losses- Documenting and transferring the outcome of the studies to the design team through design rules

- Mechanical design and development of power transformers and designs of special customer demand using AutoCAD, Inventor, Excel, MathCAD, Oracle etc.- Dielectric and thermal calculations of internal lead connections up to 400kV- Preparation of material list, assembly drawings and part drawings.- Technical support to the sales, manufacturing & quality departments and documentation for design output.
