• Ensure ESD criterias in SMT department.• Controlling solder paste machines according to the solder pastes datasheets.• Controlling of produced boards in the smt machines according to the component list.• Ensure all departmental machines are efficiently changed-over and set-up for the scheduled products in line with procedures and production plans.• Periodic control of reflow ovens heat profiles according to board specs with profil checker.• Visual inspections on printed, mounted and finished boards.• Working on the improvement of the quality management system.
