Many number of projects in different sectors such as banking, commodity marketing, non-banking financial has been released. - Replacing the Isbank’s Framework with Softtech’s own framework (Plateau),As a project manager, main responsibilities are mentioned below; * Outlining work plans, assessed resources and determining timelines for projects.* Developing new reports and organizing steering committee to allow senior management and stakeholders to understand impact of each project.* Maintaining close connection with project personnel to quickly identify and resolve problems.* Controlling budgets for project, tracking timelines and communicating with key stakeholders on milestones.* Updating project plans based on changing objectives, specifications and staff availability. Producing status reports for customers and senior management.* Completing thorough risk assessments and deploying management and response strategies to prevent roadblocks.* Maintaining the impediments of the projects,* Following and coordinating the outsource budget,* Matching customers’ expectations and development teams’ sprints and plans,* Working with product owner to follow the road map of the products,* Reporting to the both owner of the project and Centre of the Excellence of Softtech, addionally to the R&D unit management,
