Responsible for the Control Center departments including Stowage planning department , yard planning department , VOMC ( vessel operation monitoring and control unit ) and YOMC ( Yard Operations monitoring and control Unit ) departments , Standing in as Container Terminal Manager as of 2012 October Reporting to Operation group manager ,Monitor all container terminal activities, Communicates with lines and the container agencies for all operations,Prepare the performance reports of container terminal,Set target to control room for operation including terminal turnaround time of vessels , Vessel rates and gross crane rates

Responsible for the container operations ,warehouse activities, general cargo operations;Manage and monitor stevedores activities start with berthing,discharging , loading, and unberthing of ships;Ensure full utilization of labour and equipment, as required;Taking all necessary decisions which support smooth execution of operational plans and making changes when required in order to achieve operational targets during shift as well as coming shifts; Communicates with the ship agents and customers;Ensure safe working conditions are kept at all times and places;
