From September 2005 to June 2022, under the employment of Alsim Alarko Inds. Plant & Trade Co. Inc. based in Istanbul, Turkey, and its subsidiary, Alsim Alarko E.S. Tanger and in a joint venture with Obrascon Huarte Lain S.A.(OHL), Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles, S.A.(CAF), Ansaldo STS Spa, Cengiz Construction Industry and Trade Co.Inc. in the construction sector focusing on construction of cooper, dams and hydro-power plants, high speed/light/subway rail system and business development and tendering of EPC contracts for international airports, thermo-power plants, motor/rail ways and natural gas pipeline.The position held was starting with the position of technical manager, progressing to deputy project manager, project manager as a leader of contractor PM’s team and finally brunch/regional manager of the company respectively.Responsibilities covered busines devolopment and tendering including preparation of technical/financial bid documents as key performance indicators and participate in proposal evaluation workshop presentations with stakeholders, exclusive project management including design coordination, procurement (equipment/material), tendering (main/sub/suplier), contract/claim management, budgeting/planning & cost control, monitoring of execution of construction, quality system implementation, technical/financial/environmental/social monitoring and reporting in various construction projects were managed and various tenders were submitted such as Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project (TANAP) in Turkey, Salalah/Oman international airports, Talimarjan Thermal Power Plant in Republic of Uzbekistan, privatization of the highways and the bridges of Turkey, construction of 4-lane motorway from Khanewal to Multan in Pakistan.The successful execution of construction activities, achievement of project milestones and compliance with quality and safety standards within the specified budget and time constraints were accomplished.

From January 2005 to August 2007, under the employment of STFA Soil Group, Foundation Construction Co. Inc., based in Istanbul, Turkey, and its subsidiary, STFA Soil Group L.L.C. in a joint venture with Al Habtoor in Dubai, U.A.E. in the construction sector, focusing on infrastructure development, metro construction and foundation engineering.The position held was Technical Manager & Project Manager, leading the Contractor's PM team. Responsibilities included technical and project management aspects, including contract management, budgeting and cost control. Various construction projects were managed including the Shams - Abu Dhabi Gate District Tower 1, 2 and Podiums Piling Works, Foundation & Shoring Piles Construction as well as the First Abu Dhabi - Shams Project BP - 001 and Marmaray Contract BC-1 Railway, Immersed Tube, Tunnels & Stations and Dry Dock Construction in Istanbul, Turkey.The successful execution of construction activities, achievement of project milestones and compliance with quality and safety standards within the specified budget and time constraints were accomplished.
