Mr. Cem Özer is a California Licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of professional experience. He has extensive experience in structural design and seismic evaluation of medium to high rise structures in high risk seismic zones. Mr. Cem Özer has served as Lead Project Engineer in several large scale commercial, residential and office building projects in the United States for both private clients and the US Government. His duties included overseeing structural design and coordination of all related engineering disciplines, as well as overall responsibility for quality control, budget and schedule.In addition to working on several projects in Turkey and the United States, Mr. Cem Özer has experience in working on projects in other countries around the world, including; P.R. of China, Russia, India, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.Mr. Cem Özer is familiar Uniform Building Code (UBC 1997), ASCE 7,ASCE Standard for Design of Blast Resistant Buildings, several OSHPD and FEMA documents related to seismic design and seismic evaluation and retrofit of structures.In addition, Mr. Cem Özer has co-authored technical papers on seismic design of structures. He is an active member of the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California.STATICA's award winning project the New Domestic Terminal at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is now completed and in operation. The new Domestic Terminal is designed to have a total area 185.000m² with eight passenger boarding bridges and planned to be connected with the International Terminal by a bridge system. The new multi storey car park is designed to have a total area of 82.500m² and 2.559 spaces for car parking in multi-storey car park and 535 spaces in the open car park area.
