Product Information Management Team Coordinator | Versuni (Philips Domestic Appliances)
Current• Maintaining and updating product content, delivering monthly and quarterly reports (with the usage of Stibo tools).• Analysing problems and fact-finding and identifying the underlying issues and recognizing trends and cause and effect relationships.• Ability to deal with incidents within the product information management function with an extensive understanding of the infrastructure.• Communicating with clients on; planning, creating, editing, and publishing the product detail pages by coordinating the projects, due dates, and estimations within the provided KPIs.• Being the first point of contact and coordinator for PIM related projects / task with multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams by defining the requirements, scope, and objectives. • Analysing and breakdown market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories, create user stories and manage the intake process, working on sprints of different teams. • Dealing with increasingly complex operational topics requiring extended hands-on experience.• Training some of the new joiners of Versuni (tools, scopes etc.)• Planning and tracking localization or translation and structure.
