- Part-time professor within the Faculty of Continuing and Professional Studies - Visual Design Interior Decoration Program, taught Residential Space Planning course in Winter 2020, Winter 2021, Summer 2021, Fall 2021, Winter 2023.

- Focusing on high-end residential interior design projects by preparing construction drawings and developing design proposals. - Preparing high-quality presentations, colored renderings and design drawings of furniture and millworks (including furniture / flooring / reflected ceiling / lighting plans, elevations and sections, 3D perspective views, and mood & material boards, showing FF&E options on colored presentation drawings) by using Autocad, 3Ds Max, V-ray, Adobe Photoshop. - Sourcing FF&E and getting price quotes from vendors by considering client's budget. - Preparing paint, wallpaper, fabrics, drapery, furniture, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, stone and tile schedules. - Reviewing millwork shop drawings in coordination with other required consultants. - Attending site meetings with builders, contractors and clients, taking / checking measurements, managing projects by doing site inspections and verifications. - Maintaining good relationships with clients, vendors, builders and contractors.- Assisting with photo shooting and staging of completed projects.

● Attending client meetings to discuss their specific project needs and requirements.● Preparing detailed construction and design drawings, specifications, and interior FF&E packages (including furniture/flooring/ reflected ceiling/lighting plans, elevations, 3D renderings and short movies, mood boards by using AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Enscape, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop)● Shopping and visiting trade suppliers with clients and assist in selecting all finish materials for a wide array of spaces.● Uploading all selections and supporting documents to construction management software (Builder Trend) & circulate to internal and site staff as required.● Reviewing interior finishing drawings and trade supplier shop drawings for conformity and errors.● Assisting in soliciting bids from suppliers for interior finishing materials and circulating to site staff as required.● Developing and maintaining effective relationships with vendors. Monitoring work progress and oversee vendor performances to ensure quality completion.

- Preparing fast paced presentation drawings for clients by using Autocad and Cabinet Vision. - Visiting worksites, taking measurements, drafting the existing plan and elevations. - Producing residential and commercial millwork shop drawings for production by coordinating with team members after getting the approval from designers. - Managing projects from the beginning of space planning to the installation following step-by-step.
