• Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activities• Monitors and executes product pipelines• Executes the ICP Plans – Integrated Commercial Plans - with high quality and timely manner• Assists in developing and executing consumer and medical marketing initiatives • Assists brand management to achieve results (product development, market research and ATL agencies)• Manages BTL agencies on assigned tasks• Manages and tracks all system related tasks• Coordinates the Business Unit relations with other cross-functional departments• Tracks and reports the marketing spend closely• While performing all tasks, adheres to the WHO Code Management System which remains the cornerstone of our infant nutrition marketing policy, and is at the heart of the Maternal & Infant Nutrition business strategy

- Create purchase requests and submit them to external vendors.- Monitor delivery of ordered goods, components to subcontractors (co-manufacturers, co-packers), receipt of vendor invoices and execution of ordered services.- Resolution of operational issues with external vendors.- Coordinate warehouse & agencies regarding delivery of promotional items and project assignments.- Control yearly master plan for sampling activities, post evaluations and report the progress on weekly basis.- Budget tracking for brands (tracking & recording of invoices).- Follow-up approval of artwork changes/ new product openings.- Organize national and international congress and meetings with institutes ( Turkish Pediatric Association etc.) and being responsible for congress applications to Ministry of Health.- Follow the internal coordination of the trainings, workshops, meetings and events related to department.
