As the Commercial Transformation Director at Agored Cymru, my role is to lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth through digital innovation and operational efficiency. In this leadership role, I oversaw curriculum design and implementation for Key Stages 4 and 5. I was responsible for managing the school’s e-learning platform, ensuring its alignment with curricular objectives. My duties extended to training teachers and organising professional development workshops.As a Digital Media Specialist and member of the extended leadership team, I developed digital media resources for e-learning platforms and co-chaired the Digital Development Committee. I played a crucial role in coordinating digital learning during the 2020/21 lockdown periods. Additionally, I was responsible for digital onboarding and provided CPD for staff on the use of digital tools and software, ensuring cohesive digital strategies across different departments.Externally, I served as an experienced examiner, team leader, and scrutineer in digital and multimedia qualifications. I also participated in steering groups focused on modernising assessment, learner e-portfolio development, digital competency, and e-safety.
