After graduating from Pamukkale University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I joined FPT TURKEY - YAKAMOZ MAKİNA as Customer Service Manager Asistant. My core competencies are shaping after sales strategies and developing after sales operations, ensuring that our service line runs flawlessly and our customers remain at the centre of our business.During my tenure, we have focused on enhancing the customer experience through extensive after-sales support and utilising customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
