The Group Leadership includes the Digital Twin Infrastructure Applications Team, which works on low level programming languages, and the Data Analytics Team, which works on high level programming languages and artificial intelligence technologies.• Digital twin, artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning techniques were applied in the projects. C++, Java and Python were used as programming languages.• Member of NATO MSG-205 Allied Interoperability and Standardization Initiatives for Digital Twins Working Group• Some of the projects were managed by Agile metodologies. Worked as product owner throughout these projects.• Prepared WBS and project schedules, generated baselines, performed EV analyses and made new forecasts in case of deviations in performance.• Team members' tasks were managed with JIRA. The team's performance was monitored and precautions were taken in case of deviations. The softwares are developed on TFS.• Projects were managed in accordance with Havelsan software development life cycle processes, and an active role was taken with the team in preparing the required life cycle documents in accordance with quality standards. • Project manager of a Focused Web Crawling Tool (Open Source Web Crawling + Machine Learning) project, which was developed in cooperation with METU. Prepared contract and Statement of Work documents for the relevant project. Software development has been carried out jointly with METU.• Took part in the “predictive maintenance” project within the scope of NATO Working Group.• Managed the project of digital creation of Expenditure Reports and Project Progress Reports for cost reimbursable contract type projects. • Managed a project developed on SAP platform. In the scope of this project, SAP MM (Material Management) customizations were implemented with Havelsan. Besides, by using ABAP programming language, necessary software developments were performed (took active role). Excecuted database management and system management (BASIS) in cooperation with Havelsan.• Managed Havelsan in its Public Procurement Law module development process on SAP platform. For this module, requirements analyses were performed in organization.• Participated in Oracle BI (Business Intelligence) projects. OWB (Oracle Warehouse Builder) was also used in these projects. Trained assigned personel in the organization on OWB and OBIEE. Installed OBIEE 10g, OBIEE 11g and OBIEE 12c and realized LDAP integrations for these installations. Developed HR analysis modules on OBIEE 12c.• Implemented ETL processes• Research and development activities were performed on Titan ve Neo4j Graph databases. Centrality algorithms were implemented on data stored in these databases by using Java libraries.• Developed Decision Support System for the selection of ERP Software.• Reviewed and evaluated tender documents of companies and attended to several tenders. • Team Leader of Database Access Module of a system developed for Turkish General Staff. This system has all the functionalities that AFATDS (Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System) has. • In the scope of this module, Java functions were implemented for the access of other modules to Database Management System. GH5 (Generic Hub 5) was used as database model and SQL was used as DBMS. Implementation of replication mechanism was managed. Mentored software life cycle and quality assurance activities and took active roles in these phases for the responsible module. Parts of SRS, SDD, DBDD, and STD documents were prepared. • Participated in acceptance tests and acceptance phases conducted by SSB for the projects that are developed for Turkish Armed Forces. • Managed another module developed by subcontractor. • Participed in Software Improvement Team.
