* Planning, organizing and managing 24 hours of the department operations* Searching and implementing new cost saving techniques * Ensuring efficient communications between shifts* Improving the efficiency while making detailed cost analysis and leading cost-reducing projects in the production* Responsible for achieving the quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and ISO 14001)* Reporting to Production Manager about budget,costs and expenses* Managing and motivating the team of 25 people * Expanding production capacity and reduce product cost * Searching and implementing alternative ways for better production quality* Organizing maintanance and repair activities with technical department* Preparing usage procedure of the equipments and machines* Maintain production and quality control records* Leading continuos improvement efforts in support of the work team and facility objectives* Planning and preparing education schedules for the team members* Manage employee performance through daily interactions and annual performance reviews* Leading to teams about improving production efficiency projects
