In the scope of the NAYS project, a large-scale digital banking application focusing on electronic payments/wallets, I took on various responsibilities and tasks that contributed to its success:As the lead for the Data, Analytics, and AI Chapter within the NAYS project, I undertook several key responsibilities, including:-Creating a comprehensive data model encompassing all relevant data domains for the application.-Designing an analytical customer experience approach to gather meaningful insights and improve customer satisfaction.-Integrating a customer behavior analytics tool, Dataroid, to track and analyze customer interactions and behavior.-Conducting digital marketing tool selection activities and integrating tools such as Adjust.-Designing a robust digital marketing data callback architecture to optimize data collection and analysis.-Developing an Analytics & AI roadmap to guide future initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.-Designing a dashboard that provides detailed insights into the application's attraction, customer retention, financial performance, and customer satisfaction dimensions.I coordinated a data migration activity to enable the utilization of data captured by the behavior analytics tool for ML models. I conducted comprehensive feasibility studies, market research, and customer interviews to align the project with customer needs and market demands.I actively contributed to designing customer journeys and implementing features in the application, focusing on improving user experience and meeting user expectations.These contributions collectively played a significant role in the success of the NAYS project, as evidenced by the app's impressive download numbers, reaching 700K downloads within the first month and reaching 3 million downloads in its first year.
