* Responsible for generating revenue through new business development in both Dubai & Abu Dhabi by self-generating business, engaging with the local community, actively engaging and making daily visits to Emirates’ best real estate brokers as well as corporate accounts. * Organizing new negotiations and negotiating optimum prices.* Act as the point of contact for all clients and visitors providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression * Leverage centralized marketing tools and resources to execute: local events, networking, drive local partnerships and associations. * Consistently produce referral business from a portfolio of local accounts, partnerships and neighboring businesses with a clear focus on generation of business revenue streams across all products locally and across the entire Regus network (export business). * Follow up daily, monthly reports (reports, analysis, occupancy rates, average office prices, etc.) of all the locations
