• Developed a custom software solution via modifying an open-source project for punch in/out devices at the agency to address the issue of discontinued licenses from the software provider. This prevented the need to purchase new devices and accompanying software.• Applied TCP/IP and embedded Linux knowledge to reverse engineer the devices and integrate them with the modified open-source software.• Acquired valuable experience in Project Management through collaboration with the agency’s experts in the field, gaining insights into effective project planning and execution.

• Designed and developed custom software solutions for routers of the company. The target devices initially consisted of consumer-grade routers, which were enhanced with custom capabilities through software modifications. Created the necessary binaries to flash the routers with the Embedded Linux.• Developed custom REST capabilities based on the company’s specific requirements. Worked extensively with the C programming language for implementing REST features due to the devices’ limited resources.

• Contributed to the development of targeted GIS solutions for niche markets as a Software Engineer at Geodo. Initially worked on a demining solution, focusing on developing backend services for a custom Android device prototype with 3D GNSS support.• Played a key role when the company acquired a public contract for an underground utility mapping project involving research, technical communication with key energy sector stakeholders and high level design of the related software solution. Additionally implemented a complex authorization mechanism using Casbin to ensure secure access control for the developed solution.
