♦ Turkey / Sakarya LNG Gas Field Devolepment Project ( EPC $750 million ) ◦ Manage multiple sub-contractor construction work and make planning.◦ Complete and control all piping & mechanical works of “Gas Engine Generator” unit.◦ Complete and control static and rotating equipments erection and make inspection according to API 686◦ Complete and control high pressure (1024 bar) chemical tubing lines installation.◦ Complete and control insulation of equipments and piping lines.◦ Check mechanical works status according to P&ID, project specification and ensure that all punches completed.

♦ Libya / Azzawiya Refinery◦ Make inspection of steel structures, equipments and piping line in Azzawiya refinery that working since 1974. ◦ Make proposal to correct site defects and make maintenance. ◦ Draw new piping isometric drawings to calculate stress analyses on spring support location of pipe line. ◦ Prepare data sheet of old spring supports in order to give an order for new spring supports. ◦ Make calculation and design of new pipe rack steel structure & new piping support instead of old ones. ◦ Follow up fabrication and installation of new pipe rack steel structure & new piping support.

♦ Azerbaijan / Baku - Socar Refinery HOAR project ( EPC $800 million )◦ Control and complete static and rotating equipments erection and make inspection according to API 686. ◦ Control and complete tank erection and make inspection according to API 650 & API 653 ◦ Control and complete boiler erection and make inspection according to mechanical ITP.◦ Follow up sub-contractor inspection and construction status and make planning.

♦ Oman / Sohar - Liwa Plastic Industry Complex ( EPC $895 million )◦ Control and complete rotating equipments erection and make inspection according to API 686 and ITP. ◦ Control and complete all piping erection related with rotating equipment and make final alignment inspection. ◦ Control P&ID and make punch and hand over rotating equipment to commissioning teams.

♦ Turkey / Izmir - Star Oil Refinery ( EPC $7 billion )Control and complete all mechanical works according to the project ITP and procedures and standards. ◦ Piping inspection and erection according to ASME standard. ◦ Static equipments inspection and erection (columns, drums, exchangers, reactors, internal trays…) ◦ Rotary equipments inspection and erection according to API 686 (compressors, turbines, pumps, air-coolers..) ◦ Heater, steel structures installation and instruments installation on pipes and make final inspection.

♦ Turkey / Izmit - Tupras Oil Refinery ( EPC $2.4 billion )◦ Control and complete refinery hydrogen unit all piping and mechanical works and make inspection. ◦ Follow up sub-contractor ( Tekfen ) construction status and make planning.◦ Solve design, engineering, construction problems detecting at site.

♦ Russia / Khabarovsk - Alliance Oil Refinery ( EPC $1.4 billion )• Make pneumatic and hydrostatic test of pipe lines.• Make commissioning activity. ( Cleaning, Flushing, Blowing, Bolt Torquing, Leak test ) • Complete missing parts of the refinery pipelines ( Reinstatement ).

♦ Iraq / Basra - Shell Majnoon Oil Refinery ( EPC $240 million )• Assembly and control oil refinery pipelines.• Make pneumatic and hydrostatic test of pipe lines according to ASME standards. • Install new piping line and modify piping lines that already activated then hand over Shell operation team.

• Design ship cranes until 20 ton lifting capacity by using Autocad & Solidworks program.• Make mechanical strength calculation of ship cranes and then get the calculation approval of third party company (BV, TUV, GL …)• Prepare technical and fabrication drawings

A new car operating with hydrogen energy source was produced for competition between European University in France by a group of Çukurova University Engineering students and Temsa company. We have won forth award in Europe.

A car operating with hydrogen energy source was produced by working with Tübitak and a group of Cukurova University Engineering students in Turkey. After 1 year preparation, We competed against to other Turkey University in Ankara then We have taken second award of Turkey.
