I graduated from the Mechanical Engineering program and began my career as a Quality Engineer at Eren Balata. In this role, I managed quality processes for products manufactured under IATF 16949 standards. I actively participated in the implementation of new products, focusing on optimizing production processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.Subsequently, I took on the role of Supplier Quality Engineer at Dönmez Debriyaj. Here, I continue to monitor supplier quality processes in line with IATF 16949 standards. I have gained in-depth experience in supply chain management and quality assurance, working collaboratively with suppliers to achieve continuous improvement goals.My career goal is to leverage my engineering skills and experience in quality management to effectively contribute to innovative projects and leadership positions, implementing best practices within the industry. By adopting a continuous learning and development approach, I aim to create high standards both individually and as part of a team.
