The parent company of Wadaaa had 4 simultaneous projects and I was the head product manager for all of the projects responsible for UI/UX design, software and field operations.Wadaaa is a marketplace for quick consumer products. I was responsible for all the mobile and web interface design, as well as building a team for backend and frontend software architechture. I built a system where the product team received real time data from sales and marketing activities, and this data is turned into product features later.Harvestrolley is a classic approach to a blooming Q-com space. We bring grocery orders to people's houses with old school buses which are turned into grocery shops. So you do not only receive your order, but you experience the shopping, because your grocery stores comes to you, instead of just the order. I designed the whole UX and UI of web app, picker app and driver app. I hired the team for marketeing and was a decision maker in operational processes too.Homefoodie is an on-demand food catering marketplace where peeople who want to order high quality home cooked food meet with chefs and cooks. Our on-demand dark kitchen business model is unique is terms of letting anyone who can cook at home register to the system and upload their menu. We are simply handling the match of supply and demand and take care of delivery either with our own workforce or freelance workforce like DoorDash. I have designed the UX and UI of the web app, mobile app and driver app. I was also responsible for marketing strategies and operational strategies.Printram is an on-demand print company where people can upload their design and print it on any material or wearable. I have designed the UX and UI as well as the operational processes. Soon to be live.

Currently I am the Design Team Leader of biggest media group of Turkey with more than 1000 employees. I am the product manager of best selling sports newspaper of Turkey (Fanatik). Me and my team are responsible for the whole user interface design and user experience of CNN Turk, Hurriyet, Milliyet, Fanatik, Posta, Vatan newspapers’ online portals, which receive more than 20 million single visits monthly. (Hurriyet.com.tr ranks 512th in global internet traffic and engagement)

Among Bilgetech’s national and international clientele, I have designed the mobile apps of major oil companies such as Shell, BP, Aygaz, Mobilgaz and Petrol Ofisi. I have also designed and implemented a an internal ride-sharing app to decrease transportation costs, for KOÇ A.Ş, who is the largest holding of Turkey. Successfully delivered dashboard designs and app prototypes of internal communication/scheduling mobile app for Kolektif House, a startup incubator and co-working space.

Getir is an on-demand grocery delivery startup, which received $38M Series A investment from Silicon Valley investors. Getir’s main value proposal is delivery in 10 minutes, which is an exceptionally hard task in a city like İstanbul (16M+ population) and daily number of deliveries is around 14K. I have completely re-designed both consumer and carrier apps, applying user experience methodologies for high-volume usage.
