• Working for Head Office Information Technology Department.• Responsible for Bank’s and subsidiaries’ databases and their models, software infrastructure, codebase quality measurement and controls, application servers and middle-wares, CI/CD pipelines, daily system operations, and disaster recovery plans.

• Managing and doing analysis, comparison, selection, and setup of integration platforms and implementation of corporate and core-banking integrations between institutions via enterprise service bus (ESB) mechanisms.• Comparison, selection, and installation of source code quality measurement systems and creation of IT wise software quality metrics.• Comparison and initial analysis of workload automation and job scheduling tools for both business and IT processes.• Initial investigation for DevOps implementation between Core Banking Development & Operation teams and architecting new mobile banking app’s DevOps structure.

• Following successful BKM career, worked as freelance consultant about a year.• During this period, learned and tried more about entrepreneurship and gave strong executive consultancy services to different IT companies.• Main subjects were agile transformation, payment systems, and big data processing.

• As the chairman of Information Technology Architectural Committee (AC), members were selected; working rules and meetings’ schedule were organized.• BKM-ITAC Standards and Principles were defined and published.• All completed and in-progress projects were reviewed or planned to review for AC standards and principles’ compliancy, and with the cooperation of responsible teams, work plans were agreed to eliminate incompliant issues of reviewed projects.

• Software development team was arranged, and implemented BKM Integration Services, which stands as an enterprise service bus to connect vendor/BKM/member systems’ end point functionalities. One dedicated for all software development activities, and the other team was assigned Business Intelligence and Data Quality related tasks. New team members were hired for the Warehouse Data Quality Improvement program. • Software development team was arranged, and rewrites BKM Online System and BKM Reporting Tool using C#.Net and Datawindow to standardize application infrastructures and codebase. (6, 2012 to 6, 2013)• As the director of the BKM Integration System, a migration program from PowerBuilder to .Net of all back-office applications was planned and a new team built with precise staff recruitments.• Necessary training courses were given to the team members and coaching to individual staff to improve their team-playing skills.• Integration System’s back-office migration program for Switch Statistics and Pricing, Compound Fraud Data Listing, Monthly & Quarterly Card Market Statistics, Official Incident Reporting, and Central Merchant Database application re-design and coding were completed. • CBRT, BAT, members, and IMF coordination. BKM systems’ YTL conversion requirements and action analysis. Settlement interim contingency plan implementation for automatic conversion to YTL.

• Guided all technical issues subjected to the card based payment systems movement in EMV. Set up minimum requirements on card and terminal specification. EMV POS and ATM Incentive Programs’ implementation.

• Have been appointed as BKM delegate for the Berlin Group Clearing Task Force and then Plenary Meetings. The group mainly explored the feasibility of concept with likeminded card schemes within the euro-zone and has defined a common set of standards for the interface between the acquirer and issuer hosts, which is independent from a specific card scheme.• In addition to ISO-8583 based transaction format, BG developed UNIFI based XML oriented SEPA Card Clearing format, and schema definitions.
