I began my publishing journey with children’s books and have since expanded under the roof of Paramita Yayınları, focusing on books about coaching, self-development, leadership, and management. Through these publications, I aim to share knowledge, spark inspiration, and contribute to the growth of individuals and organizations alike.My work emphasizes building team cohesion, unlocking leadership potential, and fostering psychological safety for sustainable success.
