Communication has always been at the heart of my career and personal journey. Starting with a degree in communication, I’ve spent the last 19 years as the co-founder of SODA, a full-service agency deeply rooted in the Turkish marketing landscape. At SODA, we don’t just create impactful projects for brands—we combine creativity with a vision for sustainability.Over the years, my focus has expanded from brand communication to working with individuals, leaders, and teams. Through Paramita Partners, I help leaders and teams improve their communication—both internally and with each other—offering coaching, team coaching, training, and consulting services.In addition to my work with teams and leaders, I am also passionate about publishing. I began my publishing journey with children’s books and have since expanded under the roof of Paramita Yayınları, focusing on books about coaching, self-development, leadership, and management. Through these publications, I aim to share knowledge, spark inspiration, and contribute to the growth of individuals and organizations alike.My work emphasizes building team cohesion, unlocking leadership potential, and fostering psychological safety for sustainable success. Leveraging innovative methodologies like Lego Serious Play, I guide individuals and teams in discovering their strengths and unlocking their potential.For me, communication is more than just the exchange of information.
