"I have gained experience in various biotechnology sectors, including food, pharmaceuticals, materials, and textiles. Within this domain, my primary focus has been on two key areas: biopolymers and bioprocesses. My materials of expertise include chitin, chitosan, and bacterial cellulose. I engage in the production of native biopolymers through bioprocesses, and I further modify them using chemical reactions.For the development of bioprocesses, I employ statistical optimization and Quality by Design (QbD) approaches. The scale-up and establishment of plant procedures for enzymes and biopolymers habve already been accomplished. There is a continuous effort in scaling up the production of enzymes and biopolymers. Additionally, I am actively involved in research and production related to liposomal encapsulation technology.
