Equipping students with tools to develop a plan for life after graduation. Utilizing myStory to aid students in self-awareness, career exploration, and articulating their unique skills and talents. Planning, organizing and executing workshops on vocation and career topics including resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, internships, networking, transferrable skills, job search, and other topics as appropriate. Instituting a student focus department-specific coaching model among 500 students throughout 5 departments. Collaborating with other coaches and staff to organize and deliver large-scale programming such as Canvas, the Senior Series, and other targeted professional student development events.

Lead meeting with school administration, Korean speaking teachers and English speaking teachers to produce cultural awareness programming for school wide event and after-school events. Collaborated as part of a project team of 2 English speaking teachers and 2 Korean speaking teachers to plan cultural events for an after-school program which consisted of 25 ESL students while maintaining project schedules and executing events. Served as the school minister by preaching 2 times a week and at special programs through the school year. Planned and executed sermon series for the school year, winter camps, and summer camps; consisting of students from 25-35 students, 3 English speaking teachers, 3 Korean speaking teachers, and school administrative.

Planned, organized, and provided instruction in English that met TESOL standards. Provided instructions for grades K-12(Science and Speaking) staying consistent and coordinated with the school’s instructional program. Adapted textbooks to provide individual, small group, and/or remedial instruction as to meet the needs of students and meet with 10-15 parents to discuss their children's progress report in details.
