I have an intensive background in practicing and teaching Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology and Vibrational Medicine. In my practice I implement Functional Medicine principles and Bioenergetics along with these modalities to support my clients' resilience and wellbeing. I work with HeartMath Techniques for trauma release, stress reduction and self regulation that facilitates personal transformation. I teach regularly at YOUniversity School of YOU and facilitate Functional Wellness courses.
