Prior to her executive search practice, Ozlem has gathered 15 years of experience in the multinational arena working mainly in commercial and management functions. She has commenced her early career in marketing at Citibank, which was followed by seven years of experience gained in Clariant, responsible for the Talent Management activities of nine countries within the EMEA Region. Since 2002 to 2004 , for about two years Ozlem has lived and worked in Jakarta. Her years in Asia, have allowed her to live and work with various international mindset. Coming back to Turkey, she has worked for Abbott, gaining experience in both sales and marketing functions in the pharmaceutical industry. Having been proposed the manager function for two branches of Adecco, she has started her consultant career in 2007. Apart from executions she assumed responsibility for P&L, Key Account Mng and Business Development. Prior to establish Comea Talent, Ozlem has worked for Heidrick & Struggles where she conducted various executive search projects. 2010, she carried out a project for a Turkish company, which started up their operation at Hong-Kong. As of November 2010, Ozlem has assumed the Managing Partner role for Comea Talent . Since 2013, her company became also as the Turkish partner of EMA Partners International; one of the top ranked executive search company in the world. Ozlem holds a Communication Sciences degree from Istanbul University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Istanbul Bilgi University.Her Specialties: Executive Search/Talent Resourcing, Assessment, industry specific candidate bench-marking, talent mapping, compensation surveying - Business & Management Consultancy and career coaching.
