• Covered all regions in the country due to being the first and only MSL in the field working on the therapeutic neurotoxin dedicated
• Responded to off-label information requests from external experts to meet their educational needs as the person authorized to communicate in the field regarding a product with many off-label therapeutic indications
• Supported the brand team strategy by gathering insights related to disease states and unmet medical needs
• Presented scientific presentations and training on therapy area, mode of action and clinical evidence in target clinics in collaboration with marketing & sales department
