Responsibilities: • Responsible of 25 suppliers which 17 of them are foreign to control around 150 active components. Every year organized 350-400 different import files. Managed 30%-40% of total purchasing endorsement.• According to MRP results issued orders, traced the confirmations and arranged all deliveries from Europe. Arrangement the forwarder before every delivery.• Followed special license for some raw materials from Energy Market Regulatory (EPDK) and Institute of Labour Safety (ISGUM).• Research and find alternative components and suppliers. Gained to the company 27000 € by becoming effective items. There are 8 different alternative suppliers which tests have been continuing.• Reporting premium freight cost analysis and supplier evaluation forms to purchasing manager and directors at the end of year.

Responsibilities: • Purchased total 1000- 1500 active components with 40 different domestic and foreign suppliers and 5-6 million Euro/year of endorsment in year of 2001 and 2002• Provided 50% improving of MRP system and supervised 5 people as a MRP responsible. Eliminated unnecessary prosedures too.• Performed supplier and component searching in 3 new projects as a purchasing engineer which were concluded in beginning of 2003.• Controlled all components invoice and unit price; researched markets for convenient price and supplier; reported monthly and annual results to general manager; coordinated sales & marketing, production, logistics department and the suppliers.

Responsibilities:• Released overseas purchases orders and follow up the custom.• Plan material requirement and stock through SAP according to forecast and confirmed customer purchase orders.• Coordination between warehouse, production and logistics department for all finished products.
