• To request and check the profit commission on statements received in the end of each year (flat or sliding scale) are calculated over claim / premium / commission accounting actions which belong to each quarter.• Analyze and process treaty on a timely basis, support preparing Quarter and Year-End closing report. • To use BI / SICS / SAP programs for accounting and reporting• To follow the required performance-dependent calculations (here: profit and loss statement)• Cash call request is evaluated and mandatory documents (survey report, invoice…) are requested.• To generate minimum deposit premiums and XL losses, reinstatement premiums, adjustment premiums are executed• Following up the outstanding loss statements at the end of each three months period• To prepare and follow the company-specific debit note / credit note regarding the cedants and retrocessioners• Providing necessary support to the Internal Control Service on monthly and quarterly reports• Premium/ loss reserve items in statement of accounts of companies are calculated using the rates in treaty conditions and compared with the balance provided by the company.• Prepare bank receipt and remittance letter• To do collections in respect of both cedants and retrocessioners• To check and evaluate renewal statistic• To check treaty wording & slips and entrying them into system in renewal periods.
