This role is to support DuPont Turkey Innovation Center activities to enable collaboration between DuPont customers, partners and DuPont scientists worldwide, connect multiple DuPont businesses to targeted industries and to raise DuPont offerings to regional market, focusing on automotive, food, energy, construction and sustainability.

This role is to design, develop and execute R&D, entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem partnerships & processes for GE business verticals around the 2023 vision of TR Republic and MENAT region priorities, establishing relationships & collaborations with innovation stakeholders ranging from TUBITAK, Universities, Incubation Centers & Start-up Companies. The ultimate goal is to proactively identify, screen and support value added technology and commercial innovation opportunities to address GE’s Customers’ needs.

This role is to improve productivity and quality overall by focusing on expansion of scope of incentives and to maximize benefit from “R&D and Innovations Projects” and to drive organization to an advanced level where structured and efficient processes using lean six sigma methodology are being improved continuously and where operations are supported through competent employees via building a strong people development roadmap.
