I am a software delivery executive with more than 15 years of experience leading technology organizations. I have set up software delivery teams of up to 85 professionals from the ground-up, managing the hiring, training and leadership of the team. I have extensive experience leading world-wide distributed project teams to deliver custom software requirements. I thrive in multicultural settings and building inclusive work environments.
