Prepare direct portion of construction budget, monitor costs and provide updates2. Study Project documents (drawings, work requisitions, contract) and conditions of the Project (schedule, scope, cost) and determine work packages which are going to be Subcontracted and prepare related bidding documents3. Analyze Subcontractor’s offer with respect to Project constraints4. Negotiate and finalize of Subcontract Agreements5. Monitor schedule and cost reports in order to alert management control mechanisms6. Review actual site progress with respect to manpower levels, productivity, construction metrics, convert available information and set up limited databases for data management7. Work collaboratively with the Client’s representative on various topics, ranging from procurement to reporting8. Monitor procurement activities and offer corrective actions when requiredBrief description of the Project :The Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) will become one of the largest gas processing facilities in the world. The plant will process natural gas and other valuable components such as helium, propane, butane, ethane, and derivatives of pentane-hexane used in the petrochemical and other industries. The processed gas will be delivered to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline.

ÇALIK ENERGY has two ongoing power plant projects in Uzbekistan : Turnkey basis by ÇALIK ENERGY & Mitsubishi consortium (EPC Contract).To execute the Projects, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power System (MHPS) and Mitsubishi Cooperation (MC) formed a consortium, where the power island equipment is supplied by Mitsubishi Hitachi Power System (MHPS) and Mitsubishi Cooperation (MC). Çalık Energy is responsible for the general engineering works, supply of BOP equipment (Water treatment, Waste water treatment, Water Intake Structure, Transformers, Switchyard), construction, mechanical and electrical installation works, logistics and BOP commissioning. My responsibilities include :1. Asistance to project managers (follow-up their duties for both projects and report)2. Coordination between departments involved in procurement process (engineering, purchasing, finance, contract) and take action in case the process does not function to meet project deadlines3. Follow-up progress of the Vendors and analyse performance of the Vendors with respect to project schedule4. Detect and take action to solve the problems of the Vendors which may affect Project5. Correspondence with the Customer based on EPC contract
