I've been working with customers for about 8 years, help them to customized the ozone generator(ozone sterilizer) with their LOGO, continuous improvement of ozone sterilizer product process, improve ozone generator quality, protect local market.My daily working including:1. Achieving growth and hitting the company's targets by successfully managing the ozone generator design team, sales team, workshop.2. Designing and implementing a strategic company growing plan the expands the company's customer base and ensure it's the strong presence, especially for office supplies, hotel supplies, massage equipment suppliers, salon supplies and so on.3. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of ozone purifier, design, marketing, sales, production department.
