Over 20 years of experience in Web2/Web3 with a strong background in both customer service and community management, based in NYC. With extensive experience in diverse industries, found my home @ Troverse, an innovative NFT project.My career began over twenty years ago at Starbucks, transitioned to Howard Johnson where I started as a front desk clerk worked my way to shift manager over the course of 10 years, and then to a NYC hospital where I managed a team of 167 during the COVID-19 crisis, some of my proudest moments.In 2019, my fascination with emerging technologies led me to invest in Ethereum and dive into the world of NFTs with my first purchase, a CyberKongz. Now, I proudly manage the innovative NFT project, Troverse, leveraging my experience in community engagement and platform management.Since 2017, I have been deeply involved in Discord community management, enhancing my skills in server moderation, event hosting, and social media management. Proficient in 3D modeling, animation (Maya, Blender), and motion graphics (Adobe Creative Suite).Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about technology and community building.
