I'm a software and tech entrepreneur for the past 20 years. I follow two common principles: "Don't repeat yourself" and "Keep it simple".I prefer working with fast-changing, wide-horizon start-ups because I enjoy working with innovative business leaders, listening to brilliant visions, and planning the roadmap to realize their ideas using the most appropriate technological solutions. I have worked with many talented engineers and coached them to be highly motivated, unleash their potential, and become leaders.As an entrepreneur, I have taken on many official and unofficial business and engineering roles, long or short-term: Analyst, consultant, coach, developer, manager, peer, and even sometimes designer and accountant. Years of experience in several positions taught me to be open-minded and balance the counteracting forces of being results-driven, tolerant, and encouraging. Principally, I call myself a software developer since, independent of my job or position, I like having hands-on software development and database design and continuously creating or supporting open-source works.
