Over his 35-year career, Ozzie has coached all levels of athlete—from youth to high-performance competitors at the Paralympic and Olympic Games. With decades of experience in honing individual and team performances, he also applies the lessons learned in sport competition and training environments to businesses and leadership worldwide through CoachAbility. Ozzie also represented Canada as Chef de Mission for the Canadian Paralympic Team at the 2014 Sochi Winter Paralympic Games.An internationally recognized professional speaker and member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), Ozzie has taken his message of accessibility, inclusion, leadership, and teambuilding to groups throughout North America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom.In addition to his corporate leadership roles Ozzie is also Program Director with Canadian Adaptive Snowsports (CADS) Alberta.
