A self-motivated and team-oriented finance professional specialising in business analysis and valuation, financial modelling, and distressed assets investment. Before MBA, I focused on alternative investment, sourcing and investing in various special opportunities in mainland China. These opportunities include but not limit to 1) distressed secondaries such as non-performing-loans; 2) distressed real estate projects M&A – redevelopment, repositioning, recapitalisation and operational turnaround; 3) structured special situation financing opportunities due to liquidity crunch; 4) restructurings and turnaround of distressed companies secured by hard assets.Outside of work, I am a ski instructor and snowboarder. I also hold the freediving master and AOW license from PADI and tech diving license from GUE.
