- I desinged a flexiable algorithm for kawasaki industrial robots (2 different series CX & BX) that are used in a robotic glue dispensing system. * I developed a 16-bit communication protocol between PLC and robots by using digital I/O connections of them. I wrote both of master (PLC) and slave (robot) programs. * I parameterized all of the processes to make the robot motion programs flexible for different kind of filter types. * The robotic system has an external axis (traverse axis - 7th axis for both of robots). Moreover, I created a compansetion algortihm for path planing. * My algorithm can calculate more than 500 points by using 3 teached points with compensation according to external axis. * I entegrated the safety device of robots (cubic-s) to the system.
