Thanks to my long-time experience into the Italian 'Arma dei Carabinieri', as well as within international operations on behalf of the European Union and NATO, I gained such a remarkable expertise when it comes to dealing with both collecting/processing and transmitting relevant information under the national/international framework.I got used to working under pressure. Should I have to describe my personality, I would use the words: resilient, goal-oriented, well-organized, confident, extrovert, flexible. I know how to cope with colleagues, the chain of command, supranational Authorities, third parties, international civil-military Delegations. I do give speeches, make presentations, welcome guests during countless events/meetings. I am well-educated in both foreign languages and sociology (especially in communication for Organizations, marketing and management), and I've just completed a master degree in international cooperation and security diplomacy. In particular, the last one gave me an in-depth knowledge of the European framework in terms of financial projects, stakeholders and networks, which means that I got familiar with the terminology, the provisions and the structures of the European Institutions.Moreover, since I first started managing classified information, I noticed that I have been extraordinary confident regarding the handling of relevant circumstances due to my personal attitude when it comes to approaching a specific set of conditions and/or strict deadlines.I do like the idea of working within a multicultural environment; in that regard, as police officer, I can also count on a military training, which makes me particularly sensible about the chain of command, the importance of operating in a team in order to reach the set goals and last but not least when it comes to abiding by the rules.I consider of utmost importance the fact of constantly being trained in order to better meet/fulfil the requirements set by an ever-changing universe.
