Operation Executive – Sea Freight – Import & Export❑ Verifying the documents and checking the pre-alerts of Import shipment.❑ Collection of Delivery orders and arranging Clearance.❑ Handling Customs documentation - Preparing both Sea and Land Import - Export Declaration through Dub ai trade E-Mirsal II.❑ Handling Customs clearance of RORO and Break-bulk Shipments.❑ Arranging DG team if DG packing required.❑ Handling Customs Clearance of used personal and Household effects.❑ Import clearance of used motor vehicles, machineries, and Military Movements.❑ Handling Customs Clearance of Food Products.❑ Coordination with Warehouse Team & Transporters for timely shipment delivery.❑ Invoicing and File Management.❑ Building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.❑ Maintaining daily and regular reports.Operation Executive – Export and Cross stuffing Shipments❑ Collection of Delivery orders and arranging Clearance.❑ Handling Customs documentation & preparing both Import & Export Bills through Dubai trade E-Mirsal II.❑ Coordination with Customer and Warehouse Team for the reworking and other Cross stuffing operation.❑ Cross stuffing and booking Export vessels.❑ Passing Export Declaration and sharing the Load list details with Documentation Team.❑ Invoicing and File Management.
