Currently handling FRONT BUMPERS for a Client project.

Quick 30 sec : I have been part of 2 (MAHINDRA ATOM & XUV 700) complete new programs & 4 Refresh programs (SCRPIO, BOLERO NEO , TUV 300 refresh (2019) ) ,SUV ELECTRIC & ALFA (THREE WHEELER). I worked on different platform & have knowledge on different segment of vehicle. Worked in different manufacturing process of plastics INJ MOULDING, BLOW MOULDING, VACCUM forming & THERMO FORMINS process. Interactive with cross functional team & styling team to reslove the conflicts & meet the project time line.Brief : In Mahindra i had best experience and i have given responsibility to lead a project & also working in different project parallelly. i grown from CAD engineer to PRODUCT Designer and From Product designer to Lead a system & a team , within 6 years of time.1. Worked on MAHINDRA's FIrst Quadricycle - Complete front end & Air duct (Which i feel its unique :P).2. Worked on MAHINRA's First BEDLINER - which was great learning. that made for Scorpio cargo.Regulations: 1. AIS 120 (Mahindra Atom & TUV 300 REFERESH). 2. ECE R42 (Rear side for electric SUV ). 3. Number plate regulation i.e HSPR considerations. 4. ECE R126 - i have learning & for opportunity to work on it. Team members reported to me are 3.More project to release .

Quick 30 : Beginning of automotive domain started here . Worked in engine fuel system design for clients & body closures for Plastic parts. Worked on Remastering & Reverse engineering (SCAN PART to CATpart). Most clients are tier 1. Had my first opportunity, my base of CAD started here worked in AUTO CAD for engine pipes & CATIA for body closure parts. Had a supportive team for my growth CAD engineer. obtained part level knowledge.Had worked with 2 clients.
