• IT + Field Support Manager- Manage information technology and computer systems- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations- Manage IT + Field Support staff, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions- Audit systems and assess their outcomes• IT Systems Administrator- Installing, configuration, and administration of all services, software, hardware and networks systems- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues- Maintaining all internal systems and ensuring efficiency of IT infrastructure• Technical Support Team Lead- Point of contact for product and technical solution support for company's top-tier clients- Monitor and report on technical team key metrics- Document, review, and approve all departmental core processes- Analyze and consult on implementation and troubleshooting of technology products• Technical Project Management- Collaborate with top-tier clients to develop large scale technical solutions + deployments- Determine action plans to handle complex escalated support related fixes- Test and develop resolution plans for technical problems, communicating needs to customers and supervisors.- Engage in large interdepartmental projects or new product releases as technical representative• Technical Product Development/Management- Identify and trigger product engineering changes- Develop functional and qualifying requirements for new product releases and advise on improvement opportunities• Quality Control- Define requires product and component quality/functionality testing- Quality inspection of outgoing product (as needed)
