• IT Systems Administrator- Installing, configuration, and administration of all services, software, hardware and networks systems- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues- Maintaining all internal.
• Technical Support Team Lead- Point of contact for product and technical solution support for company's top-tier clients- Monitor and report on technical team key metrics- Document, review, and approve all departmental.
• Technical Project Management- Collaborate with top-tier clients to develop large scale technical solutions + deployments- Determine action plans to handle complex escalated support related fixes- Test and develop.
