- Manage mixed commercial and residential complex (Market value over $120 miliion)- Monitor Budgets and timelines for maintenance and turnovers of over 1,500 units-Submit weekly progress reports to President - Head weekly meetings with General Contractors-Oversee pest control team and schedule- Established and monitor maintenance schedule.-Head monthly meetings with inspectors for the City of Ville St. Laurent for building improvements- Approve all work orders to execute maintenance work, turnover apartments-Oversee all capital work, tendering and negotiating for brick work, Foundation work, Landscaping, Roof work-Work closely with Sales team and implement marketing strategies to increase weekly rentals as well as existing tenants.
