Responsible for integrating all APS-4 actions on behalf of the Army Materiel Command (AMC). Responsible for working with AMC major subordinate commands charged with managing APS-4 stocks in the Pacific as well as planning efforts to expand APS-4 in the Pacific.

GM for new APS site situated in Western Europe responsible for all actions pertaining to the build out of an APS site and set to include building a new task organization comprised of U.S. Army civilians, military, and host nation Belgian personnel. Additionally responsible for overseeing renovation of existing facilities in concert with the U.S. Army Installation Command and Corps of Engineers. Responsible for receipt, storage, and issue of prepositioned stocks to be stationed at Zutendaal.

Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS) Program Integrator responsible for management oversight of more than $500M in annual program requirements. Responsible for providing headquarters integration and oversight of APS Strategy and the APS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Provides resource management direction to subordinate organizations and participates in programming, budgeting, and execution requirements processes occurring throughout the year. Responsible for advising HQ AMC leadership and the Department of the Army staff when resource deficiencies prevent the accomplishment of APS missions. As a program integrator and organizationally speaking works vertically and horizontally at improving the APS program. Aides in developing responses to Congress, the Government Accountability Office, the Army Audit Agency, and Inspector General inquiries, issues, and investigation reports related to the APS program. Prior to assuming his current role, held a variety of positions within HQ AMC in the areas of Army watercraft, Contractor Acquired Property, and Stored Theater Provided Equipment – Iraq.
