• Completed development and launch of John Deere Assembly Assist Tool (JDAAT) System for efficient quality audit process flow, accelerating quality audit process.• Examined and explored the SQL database for the analysis of data collecting methods for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) System. Integrated a C# code for multiple models and stations to improve factory shutdown recovery time with one fundamental code.• Designed SQL Reporting & Tableau live dashboard to provide insights on the Quality Audit process performed each day.

• Led the Digital Transformation & Co – Create activities under IndDIC for Industry 4.0 at CoE IoT, Gururgram – Industrial Transformation through Digital Innovation–Strategic Business Development, Project Development, Strategic Partnerships, Emerging Technologies, Innovation, Capacity Building Initiatives, Collaborations and Partnerships.• Created an ecosystem of relevant stakeholders, strategic partners, technology providers and strategic innovation groups for the adoption of digital technologies across sectors through the Co – Create Program for addressing the technological challenges.• Formulated SIGs, MoUs, NDAs, document collaterals and worked on the use case development and deployments at the user end• Undertook projects and ‘Test Bed’ development to demonstrate and showcase the innovative technologies and their impacts.
