Recruitment/ Resourcing: Initiating offers & Salary Negotiations.  Recruitment & Selection across some departments  Induction Process: Issue Offer Letter. Verifying educational certificates, employment testimonials, etc. Inducting and orientation of new employees, making them aware of the company’s background, Rules. Policies, Procedures. Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities of the candidate. It involves ensuring the completion of joining formalities. It also includes giving them a presentation on company orientation and basic office information. To get the forms of Provident Fund filled up from the new employees. Assist the new employee in opening the salary accounts. Employee Relations: Involved sending of circulars, notices and relevant information across the Organization on a periodic basis. Handling Employee Grievances. Handling all the queries related with salary slips, leaves, attendance, and reimbursements. Payroll: Involved in maintenance of the MIS and Payroll database. Release monthly pay stubs to employees. Personal Administration: Involved in maintaining Personal Records of the employees. Handling Employee appraisals and issue of letters, experience letters and Preparing of invoice statements. Maintaining Attendance, Time and Leave Records.  Opening Bank accounts for new employees.Others: - Follow up of the disciplinary actions on absenteeism and any other activity. Regular day-to-day correspondence for all general and routine issues with the concerned.Exit Formalities: Conduct Exit interviews for the employee resigning their job. Collect the clearance certificates from all the departments. Coordinating with finance department for issue of their full and final settlements. Issue of experience and relieving letters.
